This has been asked to me, so here it is.
Step 1:
First, make sure you actually have the sims 2, it’s a PC Game, not a website, as has been asked to me, it’s really a simulation game where you control the live’s of your sims.
Step 2:
Decide what you want to do, a music video, a film, etc.
Step 3:
Get the necessary hacks, clothes, hairstyles you can get at various places such as Mod The Sims 2 which is free, once registered. You put them in a folder you should find at your: mydocuments\eagames\thesims\downloads. If you can’t find it make one then.
Step 4:
Once you’ve done all that create your cast (family) on the add family or something similar to that.
Step 5:
Create, an empty peice of land if you want to create your own set or move into a house that you want to film in.
Step 6:
Cheats, you really need cheats. Money cheats such as motherlode gives you 50,000 moveobjects on allows you to moves things you couldn’t. E.g. sims, things in use. To use these cheats hold Ctrl+Shift+C (the letter ‘c’) then just type them in once done press the enter button.
Step 7:
Got everything you need, to start filming just press the letter ‘v’ on your keyboard. Then press the ‘v’ again to stop. Pretty simple.
Step 8:
You can find your sim shots in your folder that should be named: mydocuments\eagames\thesims\movies.
Step 9:
You have to use an editing programme. The good ones cost money. But windows users should have windows movie maker. Not sure about mac users though.
Step 10:
You’re done!!! Don’t worry if your videos suck at beginning, I have tons of sim vids that I deleted.
